Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the AI Prank Caller mobile application (the "Service") operated by us ("we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using the app on iOS or Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Use of the Service
- AI Prank Caller is intended for consent-based entertainment and AI voice sessions, such as jokes, compliments, greetings, reminders, and other friendly messages.
- The Service also provides account-based direct messages between registered users. Direct messages are not public, but they are stored by the Service so participants can access conversation history.
- You agree to use the app in a responsible and respectful manner. Do not use the app to harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or harm others.
- You are solely responsible for confirming that each recipient agreed to receive the voice session and that your use complies with applicable laws.
2. Community Standards and User Conduct
- You must not use the app in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- You agree not to use the app for non-consensual prank calls, anonymous harassment, impersonation, scams, fake emergencies, threats, intimidation, or other non-consensual contact.
- Direct messages must not contain harassment, bullying, hate, credible threats, stalking, unwanted sexual content, spam, scams, impersonation, or content that exploits or endangers another person.
- Do not repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop. Users may block another account to prevent new direct messages and may report a message or conversation for review.
- You may save session audio only when you have confirmed that recording is lawful for the recipient's location and all required parties have consented.
3. Messaging Safety and Moderation
- Authorized moderators may access a reported message, the reported conversation, and limited surrounding messages when reasonably necessary to investigate safety, policy, abuse, or legal concerns.
- Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome. We may dismiss a report, warn or restrict an account, disable access, preserve relevant records, or take other action we consider appropriate.
- Blocking stops new direct messages between the affected accounts but does not automatically erase prior conversation history.
- Message and report records may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for operation, safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance. You may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to records we must or are permitted to retain.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, features, and functionality of the app are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without our written permission.
5. Disclaimer
- The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees about the performance or accuracy of the app.
- We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.
- Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or the Community Standards above.
8. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by updating the effective date and providing notice through the app or via email.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
